Zotero unable to load translators and styles

I keep getting this error even after the update. I can't use Zotero Word plugin at all.

I tried resetting, deleting directories, all the steps from here: https://www.zotero.org/support/reporting_problems

    I'm not sure what update you're referring to. You're running a version of Zotero from December 2024. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in 1.5 years.

    You're still running an outdated version. The latest version from the download page is 8.0.4. I'm not sure what you're doing here?

    In any case, you're getting file-access errors on the Windows temp directory:
    [JavaScript Error: "NotAllowedError: Could not remove `C:\Users\[…]\AppData\Local\Temp\Zotero\ACM Digital Library.js' (NS_ERROR_FILE_ACCESS_DENIED)"]
    This is likely due to security software on the computer interfering with Zotero's ability to write to the disk. If this is an institutional computer, you should talk to your IT department.
