Changes in my Zotero files organisation

I don't know why but I lost the files organisation. My library is still there but not the files that I create to organise my library

    Not sure what you mean. Can you provide some screenshots that show what you're referring to.

    Before I add several files. I had the main library and then I create different file with different topic. Now I don't see theses differents files, I just see the main library

    Collections, you mean?

    All the items in your online library were added on January 9 and uploaded today. There are no collections in your library. Nothing has been deleted, but you only synced your data today, so we can't speak to any data that may have existed previously.

    Collections wouldn't be deleted on their own, though, so you're either misremembering or you were doing this on a different computer and didn't sync.
