[Read Aloud] Escape from a highlight still applies the highlight

I usually expect the Escape key to cancel what is being done.
But if I press the Escape key after starting a highlight, it still applies the highlight.

@mjthoraval: Esc also closes popups, and that's the operative action there. The annotation was already created, and the popup is just showing you that. You can press Backspace/Delete to delete the annotation.

Thank you for the explanation.
I was thinking that it was not final until the popup would close, but it makes sense to consider that the annotation is already created just after entering the annotation popup.
