Is not available to use Ctrl to select multi-line key word to bold and change color. supporting format painter will be more convenient.

It's not quite clear what you mean here, but you can absolutely select multiple row with ctrl+click and row ranges with shift+click

I've tried, ctrl and shift + click are same, they will select all text between 2 clicks, not jump line. For example:

I want to select line1 and line4, if I select "here's a formula1" and Ctrl+click select "here's a formula4". It would select all the lines,not line1 and line4.

Format painter is a tool in microsoft office with icon:

I can reproduce that the Ctrl+Click is not working in Note Items.
