Upgrade StorageMicrosoft Word 365 plug in not starting
I had Zotero 32bit installed, running Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 16.019725.20126.
I updated to Zotero 64 bit, however the plugin is not working in Word.
I tried copying the .dotm to the Word startup folder.
In the Additional Components menu in Word it shows as Disabled. If attempting to enable it reports an add-in startup error.

adomasven Zotero TeamYou are running a Preview version of Microsoft Word. You should switch to the stable release, then attempt to manually reinstall Zotero.dotm, and let us know if it still doesn't work.
