'automatically check for updated translators' update now error

Hi all, I cannot save from google scholar or any other supported site, although there is a folder icon in the address bar. I've tried to update my translators from Preferences/general, but when I click on 'update now' the button turns to 'error'. I've reset the translators from Preferences/Advanced, but it does not help. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

I am using the latest Beta version 2.0b7.6 with the latest version of Firefox 3.5.7 (Windows XP professional).

    Well I am having the same problem working with Zotero 1.0.10 and Firefox 3.5.6 in Open Suse 11.2. I am having the same problem with zotero that the update now button shows a error when trying to update. In addition in my other zotero libraries which were created earlier the pubmed site is working but in a library I created today the same problem is seen. In addition there is no citation capture icon in pubmed when we look at single article pages. But in older version the citation capture icon is seen.

    Greetings. Same here. I am using Firefox 3.5.7 and Zotero 2.0b7.6 under Mac OS. No sites are allowing imports of data and the update translators trick is resulting in "Error."

    Fixed.

    That's unlikely to fix any translator issues you were having, though, so be sure to follow the rest of the troubleshooting steps.
