Upgrade Storage[Read Aloud] Always selecting Premium voice when opening a new item
I do not have Premium Voice minutes anymore. So I switch to Standard.
But every time I open a new item in a tab, the Read Aloud opens with "Premium" selected, and therefore does not work.
I would be better to remember the previously used settings.

mjthoravalIt does remember the last used settings if I change the Voice, but not for the first two fields: Premium/Standard and the language.
