Problems with givenname when i grab from google scholar
When i try to grab the citation of a russian article journal from google scholar, it's grab the givenname in following format: ГП Грайс or PJ Hayes and for russian citation style the second givenname it's very important because it's a patronyme and it's not faculctative.
The problem is here: when i generate the bibliography, zotero generate the author with only one given name (because it's grabbed (and stored by google) without break). Грайс Г. or Hayes P. And i would have this: Грайс Г. П. or Hayes P. J.
Can i change this in CSL or in zotero?

It turns out that the BibTeX translator used for Google Scholar invokes a function cleanAuthor on the author strings received from GS, which is meant to add periods after all-capital strings in the first name field that are deemed to be initials. The regular expression used to identify capitals in this function currently only sees A-Z as capitals; the patch just adds capital Cyrillic letters to the regexp, which addresses the issue here.
So no change to the translators themselves; patching the function in Zotero should fix this issue wherever it would have cropped up.
If you want the fix right way, you can install the trunk xpi, but we're told to be careful with this as a general rule, since trunk versions may not be quite as stable as the beta releases. If you do install the trunk xpi, be sure to reinstall with the next beta when it is released.
