Upgrade StorageCannot find citation style "National Library of Medicine (grant proposals with PMCID/PMID)"

Previous discussions recommended using the style "National Library of Medicine (grant proposals with PMCID/PMID)" to generate citations with PMID/PMCID, especially for NIH grant proposal. But I cannot find this style in the Zotero Style Repository. Also, it says "No Styles found" when clicking on the link posted in previous discussion. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thank you!
