pcloud webdav verification fail [D568724798]
Hi,
I’m writing to report an issue with my WebDAV backup using the pCloud service. Since last week, syncing has stopped working and consistently fails with a timeout error (30000 ms if I recall it correctly). When I try to re-verify File Syncing, I receive a “WebDAV verification failed” message.
I’ve enabled debug mode, and the debug ID is D568724798. I’ve also double-checked that the WebDAV URL, username, and password are all entered correctly in the File Syncing settings. For record, I am using pcloud wit the following url:
https://webdav.pcloud.com:443/zotero
Could you please help determine whether this issue is on Zotero’s side or pCloud’s side? If it appears to be the latter, I’m happy to contact pCloud directly.
Thank you very much for your help.

dstillman Zotero Teamedited 6 days agoZotoro can't connect to the server. Technically, it's an "unknown host" error.

hzye2011Thank you for your response. FYI for future readers: I also contacted pcloud and they responded by acknowledging that they are aware of this issue and are currently working on fixing it. That said, it's likely not a zotero issue but a pcloud issue.
