Zotero for Android does not open synced attachment

I use Zotero on both my laptop and on an Android tablet. For most items, the tablet shows that I have a pdf attachment, but does not open it. The pdf symbol shows a pair of eyeglasses. I am paying for Zotero storage, so I suppose the attachment is also in it, but still, it seems unreachable from the tablet.

    I think that you have linked files, not stored ones. The symbol you mention is not a pair of eyeglasses, but "two links in a chain". In this case, in the desktop app, you should convert them to stored attachments and then sync your Library.

    When your PDF files are stored files (not linked files), in your tablet you will see a "PDF symbol" instead of the linked one.
