Reset your password:

If you no longer have access to the email address associated with the account, email support@zotero.org with details and we'll see what we can do.

Note, too, that an account isn't required to use Zotero, so it's also possible you were just using Zotero locally without syncing. If so, your data would be on the computer where you last used Zotero, and you can create an account and set up syncing to transfer your data. If you do have Zotero running locally, you can check the Sync pane to see if you previously set up syncing with a different account.
