iOS Debug Log: D1095313334
Hi! Thank you for a great app! I had hoped it is possible to read debug logs by myself, and not bother anyone, but apparently for iOS it doesn’t work this way.
So I was in the process of setting up sync to WebDAV server. After syncing from my PC I ran sync on iPhone and got an error saying “Unable to upload attachment snapshot xxx. Please try re-adding the attachment”. I decided to delete the item entirely and re add it later. That didn’t help, so 2 sync issues became 5 :( and “Show Item” button in the error stopped showing the item. Any advice on how to proceed? Thanks in advance

The "Show Item" button shouldn't appear for those cases, that's a bug we'll fix in an upcoming release. In certain cases the app shouldn't also try to upload deleted attachments, so hopefully you won't see so many errors.
However, where there any of the missing files you were expecting to have in your iOS device? Are those in your desktop, or are they missing there as well?

Just moved to trash. Restoring it and rerunning the sync makes "Show Item" to show the offending item, but 5 sync issues are still in place

I dont think so, but cant say for sure. I remember adding some items to zotero on my iPhone, and it is possible they didnt make it to the PC before the switch to my own WebDAV server. But this should make an iPhone to have more files than on PC. Maybe there were both cases, PC had some files that were missing from iPhone, and an iPhone had files that are not present on the PC.
Is there a way I can manually diff the list of attachments between phone and PC aside from eyeballing the list of items? Is it possible to somehow see all 5 offending items?
If I can see the list of failed items it is not a problem for me to completely remove them from the library and add them again once sync completes without errors
For this case it is also a bug that "Show Item" doesn't work, it will be fixed in upcoming release.
For the other missing items, they could be a false alarm, due to a bug. WIll also be improved in an upcoming release. We'll let you know when it is available so you can check again if sync errors still appear.
