adding an article to the "My publications" section

I have one article that I added to the "My Publications" section a few years ago. Then I didn't use Zotero, now I can't add my new article to this section. The button is not active, and dragging is not possible. The manual contains only these options.

    It isn’t possible to drag files directly into My Publications.

    You’ll need to create a regular item in your library first (with the PDF attached), and then drag the item itself, not the file, into My Publications. That will trigger the short wizard that walks you through adding it.
