iOS Debug Log: D1843045174
I tried to synchronise my library on the iPad, but a large number of sources is not loaded at all. When I try to synchronise in my library by pulling down, the bottom left corner shows “finished sync (56 issues)”. When I click on this field, a pop up window appears, saying “ Some data in My Library could not be downloaded. It may have been saved with a newer version of Zotero.
Other data will continue to sync.” How can I transfer all my files from my MacBook to my iPad? The App on the iPad is up to date.

poojapaodeSame issue on my end, with the iOS debug log: D1400241917. Hope this resolves soon!

dstillman Zotero Team@grafmaxi, @poojapaode: You're running outdated versions of the app. Update to the current version from the App Store and make sure you have automatic app updates enabled.

dstillman Zotero Teamedited yesterday at 4:04pmActually, you're both specifically on outdated versions of iOS 16. The app currently requires 16.6 or later. Update iOS to at least the latest version of iOS 16 and you'll be offered the current version of the app. (You really don't want to be running an outdated version of iOS in any case, since there will be security updates that you haven't received.)

grafmaxiedited yesterday at 4:04pmThank you so much, @dstillman! I even reinstalled the Zotero App, but missed the note that for the most recent version an iOS update is required. This issue didn't come to my mind, since I thought my iPad would update iOS automatically. I am doing both updates right now!
