[Feature Request] Pinned Documents on mobile devices

Hello, I would like to request the ability to pin some documents to ease switching between them. I enjoy the implementation by the recipe app Paprika and believe it would be quite helpful.

I am frequently switching between multiple textbooks in Zotero on my iPad comparing the presentation of similar materials.

    A Recently Read collection is planned.

    Thanks for the response. Just to clarify, I am requesting the ability to quickly switch between specific documents without exiting the document to view collections. Am I interpreting your comment to suggest we would still need to exit the document to view the Recently Read collection?

    I suppose a better way to request would be a tab feature, but the Paprika pin UI seemed a nice way to implement.

    For further clarification, the bottom bar featuring the pinned recipes remains visible when the recipe collection’s sidebar is not.

    @jokingspace : I stumbled upon this while searching for a related issue. This might help in the meantime: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/430152/#Comment_430152 (screenshot here: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/461420/#Comment_461420 and, as pointed immediately below, title windows are now available).

    I use this permanently to keep a bunch of items opened and switch to them easily without closing/opening.

    Note, though, I am still on iOS 18.7.3. I have not upgraded to iOS 26 to a large extent because I am not sure how this will work (I think it would, just slightly differently).
