[Feature Request] Pen/Hand-draw Annotation Tool for Webpage Snapshot Viewer

Hi! For my university research, I typically have to read and cite news articles. I use the Zotero connector to save the webpage to Zotero, and then annotate the webpage snapshot in the snapshot viewer. However, I learn the best when I can handwrite my notes. I know the PDF reader has a pen tool for handwriting notes with the Apple Pencil. Is it possible for a similar pen tool to be created for the webpage snapshot viewer, so I can handwrite my notes and annotations with my Apple Pencil? Thank you :)

    Hello, I would also find it helpful if drawing on saved snapshots would be possible. Maybe there is also a workaround or a similar technique which I am not aware of? Usually, I read PDF's but recently I took a snapshot of a Wikipedia article and wanted to read it in more detail and and my own remarks on the side with the drawing feature but this doesn't exist.
