Request: Remove RequireExplicitUpgrade from winget package
Hi,
I use winget to keep my Windows apps updated. When I run "winget upgrade --all", Zotero is always excluded and shows this message:
"The following packages have an upgrade available, but require explicit targeting for upgrade:
Zotero DigitalScholar.Zotero 8.0.1 8.0.2 winget"
This happens because the winget manifest has "RequireExplicitUpgrade: true" set. I have to run a separate command every time:
winget upgrade --id DigitalScholar.Zotero
Would it be possible to remove this flag? If there's a specific reason for this restriction, I'd be curious to know.
Thanks!

kharabshehThis would be very nice, hopefully the Zotero team would notice this.

dstillman Zotero TeamWhatever this is, we don't have anything to do with it. We distribute Zotero from the download page on this site.
