在新的笔记本上安装ZOTERO,但无法登录同步，尝试过以用户名，或邮箱，密码登录，但一直提示无效用户名或密码。但在网页上，和另外一台电脑上是可以登录的。新的电脑无法登录。不知是什么原因，我是新手，求解决方案。谢谢
I installed ZOTERO on my new laptop but cannot log in to sync. I've tried logging in with my username, email address, and password, but it keeps prompting me with an invalid username or password. However, I can log in on the web and on another computer. The new computer simply won't let me log in. I'm not sure what the issue is. I'm new to this and need a solution. Thank you.
