"A word processor integration command is already running."

Hello,

I have been trying to use the Google Docs integration in current versions of Chrome and Safari. Every option in the Zotero menu in Docs prompts the same warning given in the title.

I checked the "third-party connections" section in Google Account settings, and Zotero does not appear to be present there (though it was definitely connected to this account in the past).

If authorization is the issue, how do I re-trigger plugin authorization? I already tried a clean install of Chrome with a fresh copy of the plugin.

Restart Zotero and provide a Debug ID for an attempt to insert a citation if you still see that.
  • Can't believe I tried clean installing Chrome before restarting Zotero...

    That worked. Thanks!
