Storage problem

Hello,

I just signed up for a new 2 GB storage subscription, and I can't sync new documents even though it says in the settings I'm currently using 0 MB of my library.

I have this error message (translated from french) : "You have reached your Zotero storage quota for files. Some files, listed below, have therefore not been uploaded. Please note that your Zotero bibliographic data, unlike files, will continue to be synchronized with the server."

    It looks like you're syncing with a different Zotero account than you're logged in with here (and purchased storage under). Could you email storage@zotero.org from the email on this account and link to this thread.

    You can check what Zotero username you're syncing your Zotero app with from the sync preferences.
