Upgrade StorageWord crashes when inserting citation (Report ID: 890134896) - Specific document issue
I am encountering a critical issue while writing my paper. Whenever I try to insert a citation in my current Word document, Word crashes immediately.
Here are the details:
1.The Issue: Word crashes/closes when I click "Add/Edit Citation."
2.Isolation Test: I tested this in a new, blank Word document, and the Zotero plugin works perfectly fine there. The crash only happens in my specific manuscript file.
3.Error Report: I have submitted an error report. The Report ID is: 890134896.
