Linking to another note from within the text of a note
Quite often I run into situations, where I would like to insert a link to another note at a specific point in the text of a note. I'd imagine something similiar to inserting a citation - or to the "related notes" field at the bottom of the editor, just in a way that it's placed at a specific point in the text.
Does that seem like a plausible feature request other people might be interested in as well?

Alternatively, I would like to know if there are any ways to link notes within notes (citation based or URL based), even without a specific anchor-point within the target note!
I hope to use a note that contains highlights and comments as a knowledge card, just like the cards in Marginnote3, with title attributes and bidirectional linking functions.
When in "Note A" you can use the plugin icon in the top of the note to make a bidirectional link in the workspace note ("Note B").
Does Zotero not have the native ability to link to notes?
Steps:
1. Create some note (e.g., call it "Note 1"), for example a note that hangs from reference 1.
2. Get the Zotero link for Note 1. This you can get using Zotero Actions and Tags, see https://github.com/windingwind/zotero-actions-tags/discussions/115 . I think you can also get them using Zutilo (see https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/129206/how-do-i-get-pdf-uris-after-the-update).
3. Go to another note ("Note 2"). Type something, for example "This is a link to Note 1" and then paste the link you got in step 2.
4. Voilá, there is a link and it works in the desktop (at least in Linux) and iOS.
In fact, you can link to other types of items, not just notes. You can link to a PDF and, maybe much more interesting, you can link to annotations in PDFs and snapshots (and, I guess, epubs too). To link to an annotation, in step 2 you just need to get the link to the annotation. In the PDF (or epub, or snapshot), go to the annotation, right click on it and, from the menu, select "Copy Zotero link". Now, paste that link in step 3. (The "Copy Zotero link" from the menu is funtionality provided by Actions and Tags; see more about links to annotations here: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/117910/easy-way-to-copy-zotero-url-to-annotation ; so you can copy the URI to the annotation without any plugins if you paste the link in a text file and then copy it from there to your note, though I find this cumbersome).
I think in the future, for step 2, it will be possible to get the link, the URI, of any Zotero item without plugins: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/506667/#Comment_506667
Note (pun intended) that this works for linking from notes. I wish I could make links between annotations (i.e., from one annotation to another); although I can paste the URI, they do are not clickable URIs. A possible workaround is, in the items pane, with annotations hanging from the PDF (or snapshot or whatever), to right click on the annotation and select "Add note from annotations"; this gives you a first class note, and then you can add links as per above. Though, for me, this is not as ideal as directly jumping from the annotation in the PDF to wherever ---e.g., an annotation in another PDF.
