Is there a formal process to request updates to import translators?

I'm hoping someone could update the EndNote XML import translator. It hasn't been updated since 2021 and there have been a ton of great improvements to Zotero since then. I can help identify missing item types and fields, but lack the knowledge to make the actual changes.
