sync pdfs in shared library from laptop to web

I recently assumed ownership of a group library and bought zotero storage, but the pdfs I have in the group library are not visible via the web app or to other members of the library (on their desktops). The library is public closed (I think that's the terminology--you have to be invited to be able to edit anything) and I'm using zotero 7.0.32

    Thank you for this reply. I thought it might just be that the syncing wasn't complete, but it's been two days now, my syncing is current, and the pdfs are not appearing in the web version of the group library or in the apps of my collaborators. Do you have any suggestions?
