Zotero icon missing from Safari after update

I've just updated to 8.0 and the Zotero icon is missing from the set of extension icons I can add to the toolbar. The extension is enabled, but when I customise the toolbar, the Zotero icon is missing from the area where other extensions put their icons.

ISTR this may have happened before. It's just a shame I couldn't remember in time :-)
