New items not appearing on the zotero app

I have added new items on my laptop zotero program which also appearing my online account. However the items are not showing up on the zotero app on my iPad.

So far it does a work in the other direction. I added a PDF on the iPad which is synched to my Laptop.

I checked the 5 points mentioned in "Why aren't changes I make syncing between multiple devices and/or zotero.org?"

None of them is the issue.

    You're running an outdated version of the app. The current version is 2.0.4. You have 1.0.45.

    You should check your iOS settings to make sure you have automatic app updates enabled.

    Thanks works now. The App Store said the App is up to date but this is apparently because I had an old iOS.
