Getting out of storage message for group with unlimited storage

Hello,

I'm a member of a group 'RDG' that pays for unlimited storage. I started getting this warning from Zotero about the group being out of storage and items not syncing.

I'm syncing from my personal account, but the RDG library doesn't even show up on my personal storage quota -- which in any case is not full.

  • Does the group owner also have unlimited storage? Group storage goes to the owner's account, not the members'.
  • Ah yes, I thought it was the library owner paying for unlimited storage but it actually was another user. Thanks for your help.
  • (They can, of course, transfer the library to anyone with unlimited storage if that's appropriate organizationally)
