IOS not syncing
Hi! I’m having trouble syncing Zotero on my iPad. Debug log ID: D299370881.
I can sync on my MacBook and it correctly syncs in the browser version of Zotero. However, when syncing on my iPad I get the message: “Finished sync (201 issues)” and when I click that message I get: “Error. Some data in My Library could not be downloaded. It may have been saved with a newer version of Zotero. Other data will continue to sync.” It is not just files that don’t sync from Mac to iPad, but entire new items. The app on my iPad is updated. I had Zotero 7 on my Mac and already had this problem. I just updated to 8 but this did not solve the issue. I tried restarting apps and devices. I have sufficient storage, as I just upgraded it.
