Zone / Field "Extra" always delated when update or import

In the "Extra" field of references, i nearly always add a line concerning the original-date of publication (for exemple "original-date: 1937" for The Hobbit edition of 1979 in "date").
When i made the update in Zotero 8, all the lines I added have disappeared, in more than one hundred references (i'm quiet upset...), upload again a save in .json doesn't make them back again.
I use that line with a style to make it print as it is asked by my university, so i really need them back for my these without spend again DAYS to search again all original dates of publication.

How can I get my informations back?

    Zotero now has an actual Original Date field. The values from Extra are just moved there.

    (I'm not sure what you mean by "upload again a save in .json", though.)

    Ow. Indeed. Great in fact. Thank you for the fast answer.
    I'm blind to miss that new line, all date are here indeed.

    But what will happened when I will export in .json the references ? Will my Zettlr and personal .csl be able to understand how to print the reference as usual (like this : "TOLKIEN, J. R. R., *The Hobbit* [2937], trad. Francis Ledoux, Paris, Le Livre de Poche, 1969." ? Or it's broke it and I will have to update manually the style .csl ?
    How to update it if i had to ?

    (PS, in the first post mean more "import" in Zotero than "upload".)

    Also, it will be awesome if the field "original date" can be used in the futur as "column selector" in the app and web, it will be very usefull and I think that lack participated in the fact that i missed the new field.
