Plugin fail for one document

Hello,
I am writing to you because we have a lab/subscription with you and we are experiencing a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
We have been collaborating on Word documents on an online collaborative platform (Résana) using a Zotero plugin and a shared Zotero library. But yhe plugin does not work properly for one online document in particular. The plugin appears in my modules. I can search for a reference in my library using the plugin (I see the correct results). But a message automatically appears, simply saying ‘insertion failed’. I have the same problem when editing a bibliography.

How could I proccess ?

    What do you mean by "collaborating on Word documents on an online collaborative platform (Résana) using a Zotero plugin"?

    Zotero's official Word plugin or something else? Zotero's plugin only works in the local version of Word.

    Thank you for your message. We work on a platform with shared Word documents. We have each individually installed the official Zotero plugin on this online version of Word. And we each used an API key to connect to our Zotero library.

    That's not an official Zotero plugin. We have nothing to do with that, and they should make that clear. As I say, the official Word plugin works only with the local version of Word.
