Upgrade StorageFreshly imported library not syncing
Hello everyone,
I've just decided to move my ~1500 items Mendeley library to Zotero. I've set up the file syncing to use my Koofr WebDAV and the server verification was successful. I then proceeded to import my Mendeley library into Zotero and everything went well, however the synchronization did not work (Request timed out after 120000 ms, error report ID: 1441605162). I don't see the pdf files appearing in my Koofr folder, although the sync settings were entered correctly. Any suggestions how to fix this?

dstillman Zotero TeamCan you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that fails?

dstillman Zotero TeamThat doesn't show a sync attempt. Try Help → Debug Output Logging → "Restart with Logging Enabled…" and provide a Debug ID after the first sync fails.
