Every time I add a new citation to an existing on it replaces rather than adds
"... crash his car (Smith et al 2003)"
becomes
"... crash his car (Jones 2016)"
instead of
"... crash his car (Smith et al 2003, Jones 2016)"
Same deal if I select multiple authors for a new citation, it only uses one.
"... crash his car (Smith et al 2003)"

"... crash his car (Jones 2016)"
