XML Parsing error

Hello! I get the error
"XML Parsing Error: no root element found Location: chrome://zotero/content/integration/progressBar.xhtml Line Number 1, Column 1"
every time I try to add a citation in Word, even in a new blank document. I’m using Zotero 7.0.15 and Word 2016 (16.0.5535.1000)
I appreciate any help. Thanks in advance

    7.0.15
    You're running a version of Zotero from March 2025. You should install the latest version from the download page and figure out why you haven't received automatic updates in almost a year.

    This is fixed in Zotero 8.

    Thanks a lot! That worked out pretty well. Automatic updates are blocked by my Organisation. Didn't know that I have to do it manually.
