Tab opening failure

When double-clicking an entry, the tab fails to open, and the title of the entry cannot be displayed in the tab

i try to reopen zotero to refresh it, and the failure dont exist now. i remember the failure showed up when i changed my current collection path and the background color was black. There was a blank tab without title, and the tab cant be chosen.

the problem shows up again, and this time i get a screenshot and generate a report id shown in png2.
