Find Available PDF in Zotero 8

I am trying to find this feature, but I don't see that it is available. The documentation for version 8 doesn't mention it either (that I can see). Was it removed from version 8?

    It's called "Find Full Text" now and appears when the parent item has a DOI and no other file attachment.
