unable to use the Zotero extension to save PDFs and other content

[Split from Zotero extension not working after Edge update]

On Edge version 144, I am unable to use the Zotero extension to save PDFs and other content. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but the problem still persists, and my extension version is 5.0.194

    The problem in the thread you posted to has been fixed, so I've moved this to a new thread. Note that you need to reload an open webpage after updating or reinstalling the extension.

    Beyond that, we always need an example URL for problems with saving. If you're having trouble saving across many sites, see Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero, and provide the info requested there if you're still having trouble.
