reference not deleting from word document

I removed a reference from my doc and can't find any hidden references to it (with codes toggled to see them more easily) but it still appears in my bibliography.
removing and reinserting the references either side of it just moved it down the reference list.

I copied the paragraph with citation numbers from either side of the invisible citation and pasted it into a new word doc and created new bibliography. The invisible citation and following one (not cited in new doc) both appeared in bibliography*

so i removed this paragraph from my original word doc
then removed the bibliography and clicked on add bibiography and what appeared was only these 2 references* so i'm now worse off than before....

I have worked it out myself...
i uninstalled zotero then reinstalled it and it is now behaving itself!
i just have to retype the missing paragraph...I should have kept the copy of what i deleted to remember what it said:(
