Earlier, when I clicked the Zotero icon while browsing any website, the item would automatically save as a PDF or snapshot, which I could access directly within the Zotero app as tabs.

Recently, items are being saved only as links and are redirecting me to a Chrome page instead. Because of this, I no longer have access to features like in-app viewing or annotations. I’ve also noticed that this issue occurs only with my group library, not my personal library, where saving still works as expected.

Has anyone experienced this before, or knows what might be causing it? I’d really appreciate any guidance on how to fix this.
