Android Tablet not Loading PDFs

I just got a Samsung Galaxy Tablet A9+ particularly to use Zotero and grade papers on the go. Weirdly, I can download the zotero app on the Google Play Store and I can see my library, I can see the PDFs that I have saved, but I can't open them. I get stuck in a perpetual loading circle icon that never allows me to see the PDF. Weirder still, I can open it and see it sometimes just for a little with my annotations before this app goes back to not loading the pdf. Any suggestions?

I'm noticing the same issue as well. I've troubleshooted that it is syncing across devices and web, just not on the Android app. I'm running version1.9.9-225. How does one get .227? I see that there's a beta on the Play store; wondering if that's .227.

Yes, currently build 227 is only in beta, so joing beta program will allow you to download it. If you can't join the program then the user limit is reached, in that case just please wait for this version to be available on our Public Release track.

build 1.0.0-227 worked for me! For some reason it was difficult to join the beta on the app and had to try it multiple times, but now that I'm on the beta it is working for me so tyvm :)

Hi @DimaP, this worked for me. Like @Ben_Le, I tried joining a few times, needed to close/restart the Play Store, but I got in and it's working! Thank you!
