Zotero is one of my favorite reference managers, and I would appreciate the following feature updates.

* Could the author’s name be mentioned once at the top when item notes are generated from annotations, and could the annotations be kept in italics to differentiate them from paraphrased notes?

* Could copy bibliography in BibTeX and other formats be made available in the context menu to avoid switching settings?
