Unresponsive right-click on an image in a note

A right-click on an image in a note does not do anything.
I need to do a double right-click to get the right-click menu to appear.
I can also get it to appear by left-click on the image, and then right-click somewhere else in the note.

Zotero 8.0-beta.27+470660121 (64-bit)
Windows 11

    I believe I have experienced a similar situation before Zotero 8, so it's probably not a Zotero 8 issue.

    It's that the note editor's cursor is not directly moved to the image by single r-click (which is designed so on purpose, otherwise your r-click menu won't appear for your current selection).

    That's why you need to move the cursor to the image and then right-click.

    Can you give detailed steps how to move the cursor to the image?
    Wherever I click or put the cursor before, a right-click on an image never opens.
