New update not citing correctly no matter style

Just updated and Zotero is not citing properly no matter what I DO! Have uninstalled everything and reinstalled everything with no change.

Keep getting in text citation only, with its own font, and no footnotes...super frustrating!

You have an in-text style selected.
Make sure that you set the style in your document under "Document preferences" for your specific document.

Needed to do it in word itself, yes. Had been trying in the Zotero software. thx
