Zotero 8: Accent color of the "OK" button in the "Document Preferences" pane of MS Word addins

The "OK" button in the "Document Preferences" pane remains gray when inserting references in MS Word, which may lead users to think it is disabled. It should display as blue instead.

It seems the disable=false attribute should not be present.

Same issue for the "Create Bibliography" dialog in Zotero proper (which I think uses mostly the same code?)
