zotero citations on word document disapearing after getting a troubleshooting notification

hi, I was adding citations using zotero on a word document and at first it worked for like 10 citations but then at some point i tried adding another citation and after a couple of seconds i got a notification saying somrthing about troubleshooting and my screen jumped out of the word app. when i tried going back to my word document all the citations were gone. this has happened to me multiple times and i don't know how to fix it, can you please try helping me? thank you

    What do you mean by "citations were gone"? Did the text of the citations disappear? How many citations did you have in the document? Could you submit a Report ID?

    The numbers disapeared like there were no citations. I probably had something like 10 citations. Here is the report ID: 1838119717
    i tried again and this time i saved my word document each time i added a cople of citations and there was the same problem, the screen jumped out of my word document and i got a message saying: Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Because i saved my word document, the citations i made stayed and didn't get deleted but when i tried adding more citations to the document, the same problem occured. Again I only had like 10 citations from 5 diferent articles.

    Are you saying that Word is crashing (closing abruptly), and after you reopen it, your citations are missing? What citation style are you using? What is the full version of Word that you are running? In Word press File -> Account -> About Word to find it.
