Upgrade StorageDelete Collection and Items
Hi,
I would like to clean my Zotero after finishing a systematic literature review by deleting collections and items I no longer need. However, I don't want to delete items that are also in other collections. So, my question is: does the "Delete collection and items" option delete everything, or just the items that aren't listed anywhere else? The reason I want to do this is that in the review, I had about a thousand entries first, and even in full-text review 200, most of which I no longer need.

To delete only the ones not in other collections, you can tag all the items in that collection with a special tag like "_SelectiveDelete". Then delete the collection with "Delete Collection...". Then you can use the "Unfiled Items" special collection to see all the items that do not belong to any collection, filter them by the tag "_SelectiveDelete" to see only the ones you want to remove, select them all and delete. And finally delete the tag to remove it from all the other items.
