Files not syncing

Files in my Desktop Zotero are not syncing on my iPad.
I have already verified that the file has been uploaded and can be opened on the web version on Zotero.org.
The desktop app and the iPad are also both syncing via Zotero.

Then we need to see a Debug ID for an attempt to open the file, as requested there. Your Debug ID doesn't show that.

The Debug ID I recorded is for pulling down the list in the collection on my iPad to refresh the list. This is following your instruction Step 5, under Zotero for iOS: "Immediately perform all relevant actions (e.g., pulling down on the items list to trigger a sync or switching." (https://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output#zotero_for_ios)

As the papers in the collection that are synced on my Desktop do not even appear on my iPad, I can't open the file.

We need what it asks for on the Files Not Syncing page — an attempt to open the file that can’t be opened.

If you’re saying you don’t even see the library items on your iPad, those aren’t “files”, and you should follow the Changes Not Syncing steps instead.

Right after I made the highlight in the file, it synced.
However, there are other files in the collection that are not synced.
For example, this file is still not syncing: https://www.zotero.org/elishayu/collections/KMYTMBQI/items/3RJKJ6SN/collection
I tested with another file, it's only after I make an edit (such as highlight something in the file) that the file appears on my iPad.
