APA7 Citations not consistent

Hey, I just found a problem. As soon as I try to get a citation with more than one page, I get a fat and bold citation in word. For example: I try to make a citation (Zimmer 2019 page 32,34) no problem. If I try to make a citation with (Zimmer 2019 page 32-34) it is a problem. The citation is in big letters and in fat letters.

Hey, apparently the problem not only occurs when there are more than one page, but every time there is a "-" in the citation. I also noticed it when the author has this symbol, but there is only one page. Hope this helps :)

Which word processor and does this happen in a fresh document with just the Ooomen-Welke citation?

Hey, I do not know how to see which word processor it is. However I already tried to reinstall the Plugin. But it happens with more than just the Oomen-Welke citation. It happens with all citations where there is a "-" in the name or the pages. Thank you for trying to help :)

Are you using Word, LibreOffice, Google Docs, or another program? On Mac or Windows? What happens when you insert a citation with a hyphen into an empty document?
