Would it be possible to add support for the CAJ dissertation format?

The dissertation format of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI） is CAJ, and many PDF format dissertations can not be downloaded, so I hope to increase the support for CAJ dissertation format.

    Supporting CAJ on the same level as PDF feels unlikely: if I understand correctly the file format is proprietary. All related open-source projects that I can see are CAJ to PDF converters, often relying on the official CAJ viewer. I suppose that the conversion step could be handled by a plugin?
