Android: Zotero tablet stuck loading

I've just buy a new tablet and I really want to read my books on zotero but after installed it and sync the files, I cannot open anything. If I open any file it just keep loading. I don't know how to solve this, I tried to delete zotero and redownload but it doesn't work. I bet this is not WiFi problem because my laptop still work well and I can open those files in the zotero web online too. Please help me, the only reason I buy my tablet is to read books and files.

Can you provide a Debug ID for trying to open a file?

For testing purposes, can you please try uploading a new PDF file on your mobile device and then try opening it? So no downloading is involved. I wonder if issue persists.

I have another file and I can open it easily. But that the only one, most of them I can't open after download. But this morning I try to open the file which has the continuously loading status again and it worked. Yesterday I can not open that file but today I can.
